Welcome to June Harbor

Written from inside it,
made to be used daily

June Harbor writes the books she needed within reach: a coloring page for the loud evening hour, one honest word for the day that feels like too much, a journal that asks for three lines and a colored circle and calls that a day honestly kept. Nothing clinical, nothing preachy — plain language, from inside a family that knows addiction from every chair at the table.

This site is the harbor those books sail from. Alongside the shelf, you will find the numbers worth saving, the meetings worth walking into, and the fellowships that exist for the people who love someone in the fight — because recovery was never meant to be researched alone at 2 a.m. Start anywhere. Come back as often as you need.

At June Harbor, we believe recovery is not a race
or a performance. It is a daily practice —
and no one should have to practice it alone.

About the Author

June Harbor

June Harbor writes from Santa Barbara, California — a short walk from the water that gives these books their name. She writes as someone who knows addiction from every chair at the table: her own recovery, and a family's.

Her books are not clinical and were never meant to be. They are the quiet company she went looking for herself — a page to color when the evening gets loud, one honest word for a hard day, ninety circles for the first ninety days. She is building this harbor one book at a time, and everyone is welcome in it.

— June Harbor
